Job Description
MANAGEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL KEY ACCOUNTSIn this role, you'll be responsible for the negotiation and coordination of international key accounts, retail buying groups, and purchasing alliances, all under the lead of a senior Key Account Manager. You'll manage the day-to-day business relationships with international customers and the Red Bull countries in which they operate. It is crucial to live and spread the mindset of conditionality and profitability with business partners and internal stakeholders, and continuously leverage customer and shopper data to derive actionable insights.
GLOBAL STRATEGY AND MARKET SUPPORT
You'll drive and deploy global channel and segment strategies with the market teams, facilitating workshops and best practice sharing sessions. You'll support the top 25 Red Bull countries in their strategic planning process, providing valuable input and feedback to their annual business plans. When required, you'll also offer hands-on support to selected countries to optimize local management of key accounts, focusing on sales drivers and profitability.
SUPPORT CROSS FUNCTIONAL PROJECTS
Expansion and enhancement of Customer Profitability & Value chain analysis concepts and systems, driving the roll-out and implementation of statistical forecasting tools in selected Red Bull markets will also be a part of your role. You'll serve as a strong Key Account Manager sparring partner in country-specific revenue management, field sales, and demand planning projects.
CROSS DEPARTMENTAL COLLABORATION
You'll leverage your key role within the international team by proactively sharing expertise, learnings, and challenges. It is important to live and spread cross-departmental thinking and collaboration within HQ and regions, and build a strong network within the global key account community.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of key account management exp.in an FMCG companyActive listener and excellent communicator/ facilitator/ presenter
Strong analytical skills & problem-solving capabilities
Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as strong team player
Innovative with solution-oriented mindset
Excellent skills in MS Office programs (word, excel, power point …)
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.717,00 gross per month.
