The Harisch Hotels are a small but fine collection of privately run hotels and comprise a total of five differently positioned hotels - from international luxury hotels to family hotels. The Harisch Hotel family also includes five restaurants and a bar, which are among the best establishments in Kitzbühel. Almost all of our establishments are located in the Kitzbühel vacation region. What is there to do?
Leading a team
Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel
Responsible for room checks and clearance
Responsible for the work schedules as well as checking the hours of your own employees
Looking after our international guests
Preparation of room lists and scheduling of cleaning staff
Ordering, receiving and checking laundry
What should you bring with you?
Several years of professional experience in a management position in the upscale hotel industry
An eye for detail, cleanliness, order and hygiene
Flexibility, commitment and ability to work under pressure
Confident demeanor and well-groomed appearance
Team spirit and cohesion
Perfect guest service
Good knowledge of German and English

We offer a salary for this position based on the collective agreement for the catering and hotel industry in Tyrol. An overpayment is a matter of course for us with appropriate qualifications and will be agreed in a personal interview.
