Head of Childcare and Animation (m/f/d)
Welcome to the most beautiful workplace in the Kitzbühel Alps!
The Lisi Family Hotel is located in Kitzbühel's neighboring village of Reith, in the middle of the skiing and hiking paradise of the Kitzbühel Alps. The Lisi offers children one of the largest hotel indoor play areas in Tyrol on around 500 m², as well as a climbing tower and the Mountain Drop. For our sporty guests, we offer our own tennis courts and a green fee discount on all golf courses.What is there to do?
- Management of the childcare team
- Planning the childcare team
- Active supervision of children from the age of 3 in our Kids Club
- Creation of weekly programs with various indoor and outdoor activities
- Various preparation and craft work Creative work with children
What should you bring with you?
- Completed vocational training or studies (ideally in the service-oriented/educational field)
- Leadership qualities, team leader skills & team spirit
- Above-average commitment, resilience & flexibility
- Well-groomed appearance and enjoy working with kids & teens
- Communication & organizational skills, high service orientation
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- ... and above all a love of the job!
We offer a salary for this position based on the collective agreement for the catering and hotel industry in Tyrol. An overpayment is a matter of course for us with appropriate qualifications and will be agreed in a personal interview.
