Group Lead Technical Performance & Reliability (f/m/x)
Full-time (40 hours weekly) / Start date: 01.01.2025
Challenges you conquer:
- Lead and manage a team of experts responsible for installation and commissioning tasks across multiple sites
- Serve as the single point of contact for multi-site support, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects
- Oversee and perform specialized maintenance tasks including hardware, software, and firmware installation and integration, as well as data deployment and release management
- Conduct system diagnostics, data mining, and bug tracking to identify and address performance issues
- Collect and analyze incident reports, developing effective bug-fixing strategies to enhance system reliability
- Coordinate expert development tasks (TACHG) for required changes and fixes, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
- Gather customer development requirements and align them with the Operations & Services (OP&S) team to prioritize development requests
- Act as the interface between the technical team and Facility Management (FM) for seamless communication and collaboration
- Coordinate on-call support and resource planning with other teams to ensure availability and responsiveness during critical times
- Serve as the single point of contact for other groups during customer interactions, facilitating effective communication and support
- Coordinate service support and planned maintenance activities to ensure the uptime and performance of the medical accelerator

- Experience balancing resource availability with project prioritization, ensuring efficient use of team capabilities
