Group Lead Innovation Office (f/m/x)

Full-time (40 hours weekly) / Start date: 01.01.2025

Challenges you conquer:

• Develop and maintain a future-focused roadmap for features and technologies, aligning with customer needs and external stakeholders (OP&S, MD, MP, NCR)
• Prioritize and plan research and innovation directions, with a focus on optimizing treatments (e.g., efficiency, indications, stability, regulatory compliance)
• Conduct research on future particle therapy techniques and technologies, in close collaboration with NCR
• Coordinate and mentor students and external researchers, overseeing their involvement in targeted development projects
• Identify and apply for grant and other funding opportunities to support innovative research initiatives
• Produce progress and final reports, ensuring proper documentation and knowledge transfer
• Compile and document research findings in a detailed manner, ready for handover to the development team for feasibility studies
• Supervise industrial projects involving students, guiding them through development projects aimed at practical, impactful solutions
