What you will enjoy doing

• External reporting on ALPLA's sustainability performance
• Responding to internal and external requests concerning Sustainability at ALPLA, including regular customer and supplier interactions
• Implementing sustainability initiatives of ALPLA at Group and regional level (e.g. decarbonization initiatives, Zero Pellet Loss)
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure effective knowledge transfer regarding sustainability to both internal and external stakeholders

What makes you great

• A degree in environmental science, sustainability, business administration, or a related field
• 1-2 years of work experience in corporate sustainability, ideally with exposure to customers and/or suppliers, preferably in an international environment
• A strong passion and commitment to sustainability topics
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities
• Fluent in English; German language skills are an asset
