As part of your varied job, you will share responsibility for the management and economic success of the store. You sell our high-quality collection to our demanding customers. Through your personal and expert advice, your confident appearance and your good manners, shopping with you becomes an experience. In addition to providing individual advice and support to customers, you will ensure an optimal and seasonally appropriate merchandise structure and brand presentation.
Required experience and skills:
a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship in retail or comparable training
several years of professional experience in fashion retail, e.g. in a deputy department manager function or as a substitute
passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
excellent customer orientation and positive charisma
excellent communication skills and a high level of social competence
The collective agreement for employees and apprentices in commercial enterprises applies: Minimum wage in employment group E level 1 is EUR 2,392 gross for a full-time workload, 14 times a year. Willingness to overpay depending on qualifications.
