Gemini Mitchell is a large repair shop with a family feel. The great, progressive team of 22 work together within a diversified environment. You will have the full support of management and opportunities for growth, stability and security as part of the wider AMA Group.
The site is easily accessible by public transport — close to the Canberra Light rail and a short, easy commute on the north side.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Yard Hand to join the team our team at Gemini Mitchell.
If you have a keen interest in the automotive industry and want to build your skills and like variety, then this may be for you!
You will assist and work with our workshop team performing a variety of duties including moving vehicles, assisting our tradespeople and tidying of the workshop.
Permanent position, Monday to Friday.

Role responsibilities

Relocate vehicles from premises to street parking to free up workshop access
Relocate customer and company vehicles from street into business premises
Picking up and dropping off customers trucks and buses
Picking up spare parts from suppliers
Tag and store keys
Maintain grounds of premises
Wash and Detail vehicles when required
General labour and maintenance as and when required
