Due to an increase in demand for our ever-expanding services, TNF Mechanical, is seeking an enthusiastic, driven, individual to undertake the challenges and rewards of taking the journey, to becoming a Workshop Leading Hand.
Come and be a part of vastly expanding and diverse workshop team at Pinkerton Plains, based 5kms North of Wasleys.
We are a laid-back team and believe in employee happiness and strive to provide the best working conditions possible. Our workshop is airconditioned and heated.
We specialise in general servicing, repairs, maintenance on a large range of trucks, trailers and more.
The position will be subject to a trial period and if successful, it will lead to a permanent position within our flourishing organisation and possibly a managerial position in the future. .
Job Details
To perform the allocation of daily works and guidance of maintenance team members and conduct safe mechanical repairs and maintenance to ensure the objectives of the department are met effectively and efficiently.
· Supervise all aspects of mechanical work for multi types of vehicles,
· Assist the Service Manager with front line customer work, other relevant admin functions, and workshop tasks management
Prerequisites:
· Proven ability to operate a range of plant and handle in a safe manner. Demonstrated knowledge of workshop operations and associated standards and regulations. Knowledge and understanding of technology relating to workshop operations.
· You will need the ability to work to timeframes and deadlines with a minimal supervision, a commitment to quality, effective problem-solving skills, safety, strong work ethic and effective communication skills
· Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Fully Qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
