Warehouse Storeperson
Lane Industries (Australia) Pty Ltd is a leading national supplier to the supermarket industry and we are currently seeking an experienced Storeperson for our factory in O’Connor. This exciting opportunity is fulltime with flexible hours.
Working together with a supportive team, you will be responsible for various tasks to support the warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and distributing goods. You will be responsible for the day to day aspects of the warehouse, including but not limited too;
- Receive, inspect and record incoming shipments and goods
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for outgoing delivery
- Operate warehouse equipment such as a forklift and pallet jack
- Load and unload sea containers quickly and efficiently
- Be a team member and assist on site with assembling supermarket fixtures
- Document monthly inventory valuations and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Wear correct PPE
Qualifications
- Previous experience required
- Forklift ticket essential
- Manual Drivers Licence preferred
- Competent with basic hand and power tools
- Fishbowl inventory preferred but not essential
- Basic computer skills with emphasis on Outlook, Word and Excel preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Practically minded
- Good Communication and team player.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 – $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
Schedule:
