The Opportunity:

This permanent full-time opportunity for a Warehouse Support Officer will be based in our Welshpool branch in Perth.
This position will be working in a team of 2 providing data entry and data quality checks into Komatsu P-Mate system for the Parts procurement process.
The successful candidate will ensure all incoming parts are preregistered into the P-Mate database before warehouse delivery, providing a seamless delivery of parts to Komatsu customers and invoices to Accounts Payable team.
Additionally, this role will also support the submission of Parts claims with overseas suppliers and coordination resolutions claims.
Key Responsibilities
  • Entering of vendor invoices to P-Mates system
  • Processing of all customer invoices and branch returns
  • Process and submit all Parts claims for overseas supplied parts whilst maintaining claims register
  • Other clerical and administrative duties

What we are looking for:
  • Previous experience working with Parts, Logistics and or Warehousing industries and environments
  • Strong computer literacy and competency with Excel and Power Point
  • Experience in handling invoice’s and raising PO’s
  • Proven experience working with high volumes of work and within a team environment
  • Have sound communication skills both written and oral
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
