Trolley'd, Australia’s award-winning mobile bar service, is searching for a Warehouse & Kitchen Prep Assistant to join our dynamic team! This is no ordinary role—it’s a chance to be part of an adventure that merges creativity, sustainability, and first-class service.
About the Role: As our Warehouse & Kitchen Prep Assistant (BOH), you’ll be supporting our Senior Regional Captain by ensuring everything behind the scenes runs like a perfectly timed flight. From preparing ingredients and packing bar trolleys to keeping our warehouse in top condition, you’ll play a crucial part in making our events unforgettable. And for those who want to experience the buzz of events firsthand, we offer the option to work at events too—an excellent way to earn extra!
Your Key Duties:

Foraging and preparing ingredients like syrups, tinctures, and garnishes
Organising and packing our signature Trolley’d bar trolleys and glassware
Assisting with warehouse maintenance and repairs to keep things in great shape
Managing stock, conducting inventory checks, and placing orders
Occasional driving of equipment to and from events (driver’s licence required)
General warehouse cleaning and waste reduction practices

What We’re Looking For:

A motivated self-starter with an eye for detail
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Experience in hospitality or logistics (preferred but not essential)
Willingness to obtain an RSA (if interested in event shifts)
A valid driver’s license
