About Vantage Group:
Vantage Group operates across Tasmania through community-based hotels, employing over 400 people state-wide. The Vantage Group comprises of 12 venues around Tasmania, which provide a combination of bar, gaming, bistro, accommodation, and entertainment services to our customers. What you can expect in a day with Vantage:
Our pubs, hotels, and bars are full of fun, and entertainment, and have something for everyone. Our Northwest pubs include Molly Malones Irish Pub- Devonport, Furner’s Hotel- Ulverstone, Mackey’s Royal Hotel Latrobe, and our furthest Northen Hotel, Hotel Federal-Wynyard. With state-of-the-art electronic gaming, comfortable bistros, and friendly bars we are ready to welcome new Bar & Gaming and Bistro Attendants across the properties.
In a day as a Bar & Gaming or Bistro Attendant, you can expect to be completing the following:

While bar and gaming experience is an advantage, we are looking for people who are willing to learn and work as a team, show initiative, bring a great attitude to work, and have the ability to work with people from all walks of life is essential. You will also need:

Providing excellent guest service across our venue
Taking customer food and beverage orders
Gaming enquiries, guest service and payouts
Cleaning duties to keep our venues neat and tidy for guests
Opening and closing venues in a safe manner
What you will bring to Vantage:
While bar and gaming experience is an advantage, we are looking for people who are willing to learn and work as a team, show initiative, bring a great attitude to work, and have the ability to work with people from all walks of life is essential. You will also need:
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
A current Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG), or the ability to secure one
The availability to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
Team attitude, and collaborative approach to work
Experience with TAB and Keno (an advantage)
