As a Trainee Medical Officer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care while receiving comprehensive training and guidance from experienced medical professionals. Primary Objective(s) of role
- Manage the care of all patients allocated to you within the GP Practice, working collaboratively with responsible medical staff, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic care delivery.
- Engage in a 24-hour, 7-day roster, providing flexibility and continuity of care within the practice as required.
- Actively participate in continuing education activities to maintain and enhance your clinical skills and knowledge in general practice.
- Contribute to the education and training of medical staff within the practice, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Encourage and support teamwork among medical, nursing, and allied health staff to achieve optimal clinical outcomes and ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement activities, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of care standards within the practice.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
- Fully registered with APHRA.
