New agreement (TBC) effective 31 December 2026

Weekend penalties payable after working 26 Saturdays
Reduction in cycle time from 160 hrs to 152 hrs over 4 weeks and introduction of a 9-day fortnight

Your opportunity
In this exciting role you will join a team that values your skills and dedication to safe and efficient rail operations to connect Queensland and our Communities driving the Spirit of Queensland, Electric Tilt Train and Spirit of the Outback.

Specific start dates are to be confirmed, months are April, July and October 2025. During the 3-month training you MUST be available for the entire school, leave is not permitted.

Hold a Certificate 4 in Train Driving (please attach with application)
Current C Class Drivers Licence
Meet safety critical benchmark for psychometric assessment (conducted after application in Queensland)
