Role Description & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the office, greeting staff and guests and managing incoming calls and correspondence.
- Coordinate facilities management tasks including maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and security protocols to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing goods and services, managing purchase orders, and monitoring budgets and expenditures.
- Provide administrative support to the Real Estate Manager, including reporting on staff seating systems, sustainability, and other facilities functions as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Previous experience in a facilities or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Office based role in the CBD of Perth WA
- Permanent Part Time: 22hrs per week / 4 x 5.5hr days / 9am – 2:30pm
