If you have experience writing persuasively, meeting deadlines and collaborating with individuals with a common purpose, then we invite you to this opportunity to join our Bids Team.
The position of Bid Manager is essential within our growing Bids and Contracts Team who connect and work across sales teams to acquire and retain customers through bidding and contract lifecycles, across Federal, State and Local Government and all Industries of the Corporate sector.
The Bids Team create compelling proposals for business development opportunities and contract renewals across Federal, State and Local Government and all Industries of the Corporate sector
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate the bid development process from kick-off meeting to tender submission
Coordination of all relevant stakeholders to contribute to the tenders and proposals
Execute the planning, writing, stakeholder review and submission of responses to bids, tenders and proposals within given time frames
Draw on your collaboration skills with sales teams to create compelling content
Work with the Pricing Analysts and Managers to position the commercial offer
Contribute to content creation for the knowledge library and helping with ad-hoc requests for information.

The ideal applicant to join our team will be well-organised, creative, enthusiastic with a strong drive to succeed.
The key skills and competencies include:
Experience in a proposal writing role in a Business-to-Business environment
Intermediate experience in publishing documents in word, Power Point and Excel
Certification in APMP or Shipley is desirable
Ability to work independently and contribute positively across the business
Ability to collaborate with all levels of stakeholders to source key information for bid content
Graphic design experience will be welcome.
