What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a talented and skilled Mixologist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead a team in crafting extraordinary cocktails. Your passion for the art of mixology will drive you to continuously innovate and deliver memorable guest experiences, elevating our cocktail offerings.
Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop an innovative and seasonal cocktail menu.
• Lead and mentor a team of bartenders, ensuring top-tier service.
• Manage bar operations, including stock control, inventory, and ordering.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and bar presentation.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to create pairing suggestions for the cocktail and food menus.
• Engage with guests, providing a personalized and interactive experience.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Supporting the FOH team wherever possible to enhance the customers dining experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
