The Role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HSEQ Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and compliance of our records, supporting health and safety initiatives and collaborating with various teams to ensure our safety and quality systems run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
Business Management System
Ensure compliance with record-keeping and information management policies
Deliver management system initiatives
Maintain and organize records, including document archiving
Manage supplier and subcontractor documentation
Prepare and distribute bulletins
Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate record-keeping
Manage staffing training records and booking
Maintain client portals for compliance
Health and Safety Management
Work with the Safety Advisor to maintain a compliant and safe working environment
Assist in incident investigations and emergency procedures
Support external audit processes
Coordinate HSEQ promotion activities
Prepare documents and presentations for meetings
Maintain safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, first aid kits)
About You
To excel in this role, you’ll need the following skills and attributes:
Essential Skills
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to engage and influence others
Friendly, approachable and professional demeanour
Desirable Skills
Experience conducting audits
Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 Management Systems
