TEMPORARY ECW2 - PARAFIELD GARDENS CHILDREN'S CENTRE - FRONT ADMINSTRATION OFFICER
Position Descriptor:
Parafield Gardens Children's Centre is a small team of 9 staff with a very positive work culture. We are looking for a person with administrative experience to work at the front office greeting families and visitors and engaging in a range of clerical tasks. The successful person must have experience working in admin, be proficient in using EMS and Microsoft Word and Excel. It is expected the successful person would have demonstrated excellent customer and interpersonal skills and experience working collaboratively as part of a team. This is a role with a lot of autonomy where the successful applicant has scope to show initiative and needs minimal direction once familiar with the role. Please note the salary amount may differ from that advertised. Salary is dependent upon your current employment status with the Department for Education, tenure and hours per week. The salary stated is based on an employee working 52 weeks per annum, full time equivalent. The successful applicant will be employed under the appropriate mode of employment.
