The purpose of this role is to support the Technical Training Team to ensure all administration functions of internal and external training programs are running effectively leading to a harmonious relationship with internal stakeholders and external clients.
You will be expected to keep up-to-date with the latest business & technological developments, as well as having the skills to communicate the information effectively to staff as the need arises.
How you'll make an impact:
On a day to day basis you will:
Manage training administration including inboxes, enrolments, scheduling, invitations and room management to facilitate training delivery
Manage the administration relating to third-party vendor presentations
Create appropriate marketing collateral and provide QA assistance on new materials created for adherence to brand guidelines
Maintenance of materials on the intranet and internet
Assist with general training queries from colleagues and external clients in regards to training
Liaise with facilitators to distribute pre-and post-training materials
All facets of Learning Management System maintenance including creating courses, loading materials, creating and managing users, registering attendance and post training surveys & reporting
Management of colleague training records outside of the Learning Management System
