Our Western Sydney Service Centre is looking for Team Members in our Operations team based in Erskine Park. As a part of the broader Australian Steel Products portfolio, you'll be working with Blue Scope’s newest paint line, featuring modern equipment and automated process’ throughout the facility. You’ll be working with premium COLORBOND® products and contribute to exceeding our customers expectations by working proactively and flexibly with our operations and maintenance teams. Enjoy being part of a supportive team environment as you perform a variety of tasks throughout shift, including operating machinery, equipment troubleshooting, plant setups and isolations with a strong focus on safety and quality. We ensure that all our employees are supported with the necessary training and equipment to complete these tasks safely. This position works a desirable rotating 12-hour day and night shift, 5 days a week (no weekends!) What’s In It for You?

What Will You Do? We will provide ongoing support and training and you will:
successfully contribute to a safe working environment
review and report on the performance and condition of the equipment
work collaboratively with cross functional teams to improve the efficiency of equipment
collaborate with cross functional teams about plant and equipment issues
learn to operate overhead cranes with training
More About You As an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, you quickly adapt and have an eagerness to learn. You’ll be comfortable working at heights, and you will bring:
