We are looking for a casual Sushi Maker to join our talented team ASAP, preparing delicious sushi at our Longford location.
Shifts are overnight to ensure we are always selling the freshest products.
If you haven't made sushi before but are willing to learn, we welcome applications who can follow exact recipes & methods for each product. Experience in food preparation and food safety is desirable.
You will need:
Pay rates are set by the Food, Beverage and Tobacco Manufacturing Award. The 2023-24 base hourly pay rates for level 3 permanent adults are:

- Night-time availability: 8pm - 4am shifts
- A love of working with food
- Energy, initiative and willingness to take direction.
- The ability to follow company procedures and regulations, particularly regarding food handling and workplace health and safety. Physical fitness for lifting and standing.
Pay rates are set by the Food, Beverage and Tobacco Manufacturing Award. The 2023-24 base hourly pay rates for level 3 permanent adults are:
- Weekdays $24.98

Saturday $37.47
- Sunday $49.96
- Public Holiday $62.45
