About the role As the Storeperson, you will provide all the parts and administration functions required for the efficient operation of the TGE Equipment Workshop. To locate and order parts, booking out parts, ensure stock is always held between minimum and maximum quantities.
This is a Monday to Friday position, with an early start of 6am or 7am in our Bungarribee Depot.

What you’ll do
Responsible for the Store inventory, its safe and efficient storage, and security.
Ordering parts at a cost-effective price, ensuring quality is not substituted for price.
Parts received, Invoice and Job Card processing.
Ensure parts, tools and PPE are not removed from the store without the appropriate record being created.
Picking up parts and delivery of parts as required.
Ensure all major expenditure is approved before purchase.
General clerical duties and assistance as required.
What you’ll bring
Ideally to have previous experience with general administrative function roles.
Computer proficiency - specifically in MS Office Suite
Experience within the transport or logistics space is highly advantageous.
Attention to detail Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
