Make an impact at Serco Join our dynamic Healthcare team as a Store Person at Fiona Stanley Hospital! In this fast-paced role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of supplies that directly supports patient care. You'll take charge of receiving, storing, and delivering essential stock across the hospital, keeping our inventory in check, and providing top-notch support to our amazing hospital staff. This is a full-time permanent role on a rotating roster, with shifts including 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The role also includes working on public holidays, with penalty rates applying to applicable shifts. A forklift license is essential for this position. Unloading supplies from delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment
Picking and delivering orders throughout the hospital
Managing inventory control tasks, including cycle counting
Ensuring the safe handling of dangerous goods and sterile medical consumables
Collaborating with hospital staff to maintain a seamless user experience
Conducting daily safety checks and maintaining a clean supply area

A Forklift License (essential)
Experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment
Proven ability in goods receipt and stock counting using scanning tools
Knowledge of dangerous goods handling and warehousing practices
Strong ability to work autonomously and maintain effective output
