About The Role:
Lead Yo-Chi’s Western Australian venues to success! As the WA State Manager, you'll drive performance, mentor Area Leaders and Venue Leaders, and oversee operations. Your mission? Ensure each venue thrives, from building high-performance teams to smashing sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure 5-star customer service by conducting training, audits, and coaching
Oversee venue compliance audits and maintain the highest cleanliness standards
Support new venue openings with planning, training, and operational excellence
Deliver outstanding product quality, ensuring yogurts and toppings meet Yo-Chi’s high standards
Manage food inventory for profitability, review seasonal offerings, and drive Food Safety compliance
Promote a safe and positive workplace by leading OH&S initiatives
Collaborate on local marketing strategies and support venue leaders with community engagement

About You:

4+ years of multi-site leadership in food retail or QSR is essential
You're passionate about service, product, and workplace safety
You're a proactive leader who’s committed to continuous improvement and team development
Positive energy and curiosity are at your core, and you're always looking to improve and innovate
