Join The Travel Corporation as a Sales Agent The Role
As a Reservations Sales Agent, your focus will be on driving sales by engaging directly with customers and following up on warm leads to help them book their next big adventure.
Based at our Bondi Junction office, you’ll work closely with the Sales Team Leader to achieve sales targets. You will actively guide customers through the booking process, using your expertise to convert enquiries into unforgettable travel experiences. What You’ll Be Doing:
Outbound Sales & Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to customers who have shown interest in Contiki’s tours, using consultative selling techniques to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service through phone, email, and chat as you assist customers in selecting and booking Contiki’s travel packages, from tours and accommodations to flights and transfers.
Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Contiki’s full range of tours and experiences, allowing you to offer tailored recommendations that fit each customer’s travel goals and budget.
Booking Management: Handle bookings with precision, ensuring all details are correct and follow-ups are timely to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services, enhancing the customer’s travel experience and boosting sales.
