To be successful in this key role we are looking for:
- Tertiary qualifications in WHS / Safety Management
- Experience within the Construction industry, Rail experience highly desirable
- Experience monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on performance, compliance, and defects
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic and busy environment
- A people person with well-developed communication skills
- Current drivers licence
- Flexibility to occasionally work weekends and/or night shift to support our rail possessions – rostered basis and some eligible shifts receive an additional payment
- Experience in conducting and interpreting audit reviews and knowledge of quantitative and qualitative risk assessment and monitoring of risk controls is highly desirable
