Key Responsibilities:
Work Request Triage: Efficiently manage and allocate work requests from NSW LAHC.
Subcontractor Management: Oversee subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with agreements.
Service Delivery: Ensure consistent service delivery and collaborate with the team on improvements.
Performance Monitoring: Report performance metrics against KPIs to management.
Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Feedback & Surveys: Conduct assessments and surveys to drive continuous improvement.
Experience Requirements:
Proven experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with facility management processes is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
