Our Regional Manager role is a fast paced role where you can utilise your knowledge and understanding of the Early Childhood and Outside School Care sectors alongside your Leadership Skills. This role reports into our Head of Operations and is primarily responsible for providing leadership, training and development and operational direction to 5-7 services to ensure they are operating in line with our vision and philosophy, whilst also exceeding industry standards, all whilst having a profound impact on the lives of children and families in our community.
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Lead and mentor a team of Early Learning and OSHC Managers and Educators, providing guidance, supporting and fostering a positive work environment
Oversee the continuous development and enhancement of engaging educational programs that cater to the needs and interests of the children in our care
Maintain high-quality care and supervision of children by conducting regular audits, inspections and assessments.
Identify training needs and provide ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of all team members
Build and maintain positive relationships with families, schools and other community stakeholders
Act as a point of escalation for concerns and feedback, ensuring open communication channels are established and maintained
