Receptionist Office Administrator Allied Health Practice

Our clients feel loved and at home from the minute they walk in the door. We are looking for a mature, friendly and organised individual to join our growing business. You will be the first point of contact for our clients as our main receptionist, so having the right personality to greet and establish relationships with regular clients and showing acceptance and compassion for others are essential. The role will include managing the appointment diary, phone calls/email enquiries, receiving payments, and much more. Training and ongoing support will be provided for the successful candidate by our Senior Receptionist and Practice Manager. All staff are passionate about helping children and working together to achieve that common goal.
Essential Criteria:
* Friendly and professional telephone manner
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Efficient and effective time management skills
* Works well under stress and can multi task
* Typing, MS Word, MS Outlook
Desirable Criteria:
* Practice Management software experience
* Previous medical reception experience
* Previous experience relating to children and their families
