We are looking for an exceptional receptionist to join our team at Classic Couriers. The receptionist plays a crucial role within our busy office. We require a well presented, and enthusiastic person, who strives on providing high customer service and the ability to multi-task. This position requires an organised and proactive person. Some of your roles will include:
General Reception/ Office duties
Answering phones
Responding to emails
Updating daily spreadsheets, data entry & database entry
Maintaining office supplies
Booking in courier jobs regularly
Scanning documents
The Suitable candidate will demonstrate:
Excellent competency in English
Computer literate in all Microsoft Office applications
Flexibility and high level of attention to detail are important
Ability to listen, learn and consult with co-workers
Ability to work independently and in a team when required.
Capacity to focus priorities and to organise work delivered on time
Flexibility to work under pressure and to respond quickly to new demands.
