The Opportunity Hitachi has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join the team in the position of Receptionist and Service Administration. Based in Muswellbrook, you will ensure that all service paperwork is processed efficiently, accurately, and timely. Main responsibilities include:
Providing routine clerical and other administrative support responsibilities including general telephone, branch, and customer enquiries.
Reception duties: Signing in, greeting customers and business stakeholders.
Production order preparation and timely closure for all service invoicing.
Opening and closing monthly reoccurring service jobs.
Maintenance of local databases to track WIP.
Purchase order and invoice processing.
Compile information required for internal & external audits.
As the ideal candidate you will have:
Previous experience in a similar service administrative function within an industrial business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel (experience in MS Dynamics is preferable but not essential)
The ability to work overtime as required in peak periods (e.g. end of month)
The ability to be adaptable and work in a fast-paced environment.
