Project Scheduler

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to support the development of integrated schedules for small-scale projects and programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across various workstreams to ensure effective design, development, and implementation of project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide support in developing integrated schedules for small-scale projects and programs.
Liaise with stakeholders across workstreams to inform the design, development, and implementation of schedules.
Foster relationships with a broad range of stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
Assist with routine reporting cycles, updating schedules to ensure accurate sequencing, alignment of dependencies, and progress tracking against deliverables and milestones.
Identify and help resolve scheduling issues to support the timely delivery of project outcomes.
Contribute to the effectiveness of streamlined team processes and promote continuous improvement.
Perform research and analysis on project schedules, contributing to the preparation of reports.
Provide scheduling knowledge and support to stakeholders as needed.
Exercise appropriate delegations in accordance with legislation and guidelines.

Mandatory Criteria:

Minimum of 3 years' experience managing scheduling activities across large-scale projects and programs.
Proven experience in capturing and monitoring dependencies, ensuring target milestones are realistic, achievable, and on track.

Weighted Criteria:

Demonstrated ability to operate with a considerable degree of independence, working under the broad direction of senior staff.
Experience providing scheduling expertise for highly technical and complex schedules that align with business objectives.
Knowledge or experience with Services Australia portfolio, program, and project management methodologies, frameworks, and practices.
