YOUR NEXT ROLE

As the Production Supervisor in this newly created role, your mission is to lead with a strong focus on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will be instrumental in driving cultural change, fostering a safety-first mindset, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards. By empowering your team to take ownership and embrace innovation, you will optimise production processes and consistently exceed targets. In this fresh leadership position, you will build an engaged, high-performing team by mentoring, coaching, and embedding Hyne’s values to create lasting improvements and operational excellence.

The Business Excellence/Lean process underpins the production process and is continuously reviewed and improved.
Ensure accountability at all levels to drive continuous production improvement, meeting and exceeding operational targets through consistent performance and proactive problem-solving.
Identifying and nurturing potential in team members through training, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
Leveraging production data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
The team are engaged, have the tools to do their job, and have the confidence and ability to affect change.

You will be based at our plant in Tumbarumba, NSW. This idyllic country town offers affordable living and the opportunity to be a part of a supportive community of people and is situated within 90 minutes drive of Wagga Wagga & Albury.

ABOUT YOU

Proven experience in leading and managing production teams to achieve operational goals.
Take ownership of production targets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products by proactively addressing challenges and implementing effective solutions.
Experience in promoting and maintaining a safe work environment.
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
