About the Role
Peak Downs Mine are currently recruiting passionate individuals into permanent roles for experienced Single and Multi-Skilled Operators in our Production Mining team. We want to hear from you if you are looking to join our world-class operational teams either now or in the near future. We believe that people are the key to our continued success; having the right people working within our organisation at all levels will allow us to become the safest, most productive mine site we can be and sustain our operations well into the future.
Positions will be based at BMA’s Peak Downs Mine Site, near Moranbah, Central Queensland.
The successful candidate will possess one or more of the following skills:

Haul Truck Operators - CAT 793 | 797 (or equivalent)
Water Cart – CAT 785 | 789
Loader – Komatsu WA 1200
Dozer Operators - CAT D10 | D11
Grader Operators - CAT 16M | 18M | 24M

About You

12 months minimum coal mine operating experience

Minimum ‘C’ Class Driver’s licence

Strong commitment to ensuring a safe workplace as the number one priority

Excellent individual operational proficiency and commitment to continuously improving overall team performance

Motivated, enthusiastic individual who shows initiative

Flexible, team-orientated approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills
