Private Residence Housekeeper & Admin Officer

This is a DUAL ROLE to help manage a busy family's household and also assist with administrative tasks of the family's business. Location is Kogarah Bay. The family is 2 parents, 3 children (aged 8, 6, 4) and a dog (Zeus, German Shepard). This is a full time role..
About this role:
(a) As the Housekeeper to the family, your role is pivotal in managing the daily and weekly operations of the home, performing housekeeping and cleaning duties, including personal assistant tasks such as errands and grocery shopping.
Housekeeping and Cleaning:
  • Perform daily house tasks including cleaning, laundry and organising ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Vacuum and mop all living areas.
  • Clean kitchen appliances, sink, and surfaces .
  • Load and run the dishwasher as needed.
  • Clean toilets and vanities daily.
  • Weekly cleaning of shower screens.
  • Maintain wardrobes and ensure organisation.
Laundry :
  • Wash, fold, and iron laundry as needed.
  • Organize and stock laundry supplies
  • Change bed sheets and pillowcases weekly
Dog Care:
  • Must have a genuine love for dogs (1 German Shephard)
  • Fill up food and water bowl
  • Take dog for a walk
  • Ensure the dog area is cleaned daily and hose down weekly.
Shopping, Errands:
  • Conduct weekly grocery and cleaning supply shopping.
  • Run errands as needed and advised.
  • Keep the online shopping list up to date.
  • Keep the house stocked with consumables.
Personal Assistance:
  • Organise, track, and accept personal deliveries.
  • Provide support for personal errands.
(b) As the Admin Assistant you will assist the family with their online allied health business. This includes responding to emails, booking in online appointments and managing bookings (no phone calls involved. This is all computer based work only). Work can occur flexibly each day around housekeeping duties.
Ideally you will have:
  • Proven track record with previous or current clients.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure nothing is overlooked.
  • Experience in being a personal assistant or working in an admin role (desirable).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Forward planning and priority management to ensure all tasks are actioned on time
  • Effective time management and maintain a well-structured schedule.
  • Willingness to complete all tasks given.
  • Current Police Check

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance, Contract
Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
