About the Role

• Using a case management approach, facilitate timely research contract development, negotiation and execution through collaboration with the Metro South Research administration and support functions.
• Provide expert advice and policy recommendations on matters relating to relevant research governance processes as they apply to Metro South Research.
• Provide accurate and timely key performance data to monitor research contract development, negotiation, and execution in accordance with the Metro South Contract Management Framework and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders in relation to research contract development which negotiates favourable terms and conditions on behalf of MSH and optimises research project delivery outcomes.
• Set and deliver overarching research governance arrangements across the HHS through review of existing processes, gap analysis, engagement with services and implementing changes in collaboration with the Manager, Research Integrity and Compliance.
