About the Role

Provides technical expertise in identifying, scoping and delivering ongoing business improvement opportunities.

Coaches individuals and teams in the application of BOS principles, practices and tools by building rapport, providing feedback and overcoming barriers to BOS implementation to support the achievement of the global BOS transformation.
Communicates narratives about the problem or idea at hand, using visual representations to engage and motivate the audience.
Assesses change impacts to prepare integrated change management plans, manages change readiness and resistance, and upskills leaders and impacted stakeholders in the adoption and successful delivery of the change.
Identifies, engages and manages a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Conducts presentations and facilitates workshops using storytelling to connect, influence and engage the audience.
Identifies, implements and evaluates the success of continuous improvement activities/initiatives to improve the safety, effectiveness and efficiency of BHP systems and processes.
Applies an understanding of the business context, BHP operating model and ways of working to enhance decision making, productivity and value chain performance.
Engages the capabilities of the entire organisation.
Strives to achieve 100% safety, 100% customer value and 0% waste.
Knows our customer and is obsessed with meeting their needs.

About You

We are looking for individuals that possess business knowledge, project management experience, demonstrate an excellent eye for detail on a day-to-day basis, who are innovative with a bias to action, can work to remove roadblocks, effectively influence others across all levels.

As the successful candidate, you will possess the following;

Previous Experience working in a BOS Deployment will be looked upon favorably
Ability to use the Microsoft Office packages (Word, Power Point, Excel, One Note, Share Point) as well as Powerapps forms and Microsoft Stream
Confidence to network effectively across BHP to deliver work outcomes
Excellent written and verbal skills with demonstrated ability to synthesise complex information for technical and business audiences
Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholder groups to collect quantitative and qualitative information
Knowledge of business operations, processes and functions
