Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Tasks & responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and priming them for plaster application.
- Mix and apply plaster using various tools and techniques to achieve desired finishes.
- Repair and restore damaged or deteriorated plastered areas, ensuring seamless integration with existing surfaces.
- Create specific textures or decorative patterns as per client specifications.
- Ensure accuracy in measurements, angles, and surface alignments for a flawless finish.
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling materials and tools, maintaining a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, communicating effectively to meet project requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and address any arising issues promptly.
- Clean tools, maintain equipment, and leave work areas tidy upon job completion.
- Proven experience as a plasterer with a minimum of 2 years in the construction industry.
- Proficient in surface preparation, plaster application techniques, and the ability to produce various finishes.
- Strong knowledge of plastering materials and their appropriate usage.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Valid certification or license in plastering may be required.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
