The successful candidate will have expertise in both solid and fine plastering, with a focus on rendering using cement and lime, set coat application, and polished plaster finishes. This role also requires experience in running architectural mouldings, working with lime mortar, and building conservation. Key Responsibilities:
Perform plastering with a focus on solid and fine techniques, including cement and lime rendering, and set coat applications.
Apply expertise in polished plaster finishes and architectural moulding.
Use extensive experience in working with lime mortar for building conservation purposes.
Carry out tuckpointing and repointing of bricks and stone with precision.
Demonstrate skill in laying bricks and stone, ensuring high-quality results.
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
A strong understanding of heritage building practices and conservation techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team on various projects.
