PRIMARY FUNCTION & PURPOSE Each clinician plays a pivotal role within the Community Programs team, working on one of two distinct projects in Southwest Sydney: Bringing Families Together and Village Connect. While these programs differ in some of the operational processes and client eligibility, they share a common goal of achieving positive outcomes for children, families, and communities. Supports may include parent and/ or service educational sessions. The workload of the PCIC is diverse, encompassing community outreach activities and clinic-based interventions. They receive clinical supervision and support directly from the PICHMS Manager and Toddler Clinic, ensuring high-quality delivery of PCIC treatment and ongoing professional development.
