We have an exciting opportunity for a casual Paralegal to join our Commercial Insurance team in Brisbane working with Partner, Kiley Hodges.

About the team and the work

The team manages a range of matters including construction, property damage, D&O, policy coverage, professional indemnity and complex personal injury claims
The practice has a strong blue-chip client base with a particular focus on large and more complex litigated claims
You will gain practical litigation experience by drafting and collating legal documents, preparing chronologies and summaries and have the opportunity to develop your communication skills by liaising with medical and legal professionals and clients
You will be an integral part of a high-performing, collegiate and friendly team

About you

Be able to commit to a minimum of 3 days or more per week on an ongoing basis
Be in your final stages of your law degree, graduating approx 2026
Previous Paralegal experience essential
An excellent communicator (both verbal and written)
Have a hard working and positive attitude
