As an Educator at our Outside School Hours Care Service, St Thomas Aquinas OSHClub located in Charnwood , you will join the children in a variety of activities to encourage their curiosity and develop their well-being! Offering 15 -hours per week , you will work after school shifts Monday to Friday.
About the role
Working in a team of Educators, you will have support of a Coordinator to seamlessly run before and after school care for children aged 5-12 years: Facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into! Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents Work with a team of skilled Educators onsite

Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have: Enjoy working with kids Strong and clear communication Team player with a desire to become a service leader Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA Australian work rights
