As a Mobile Coordinator , you’ll be the flexible, on-the-go leader we can rely on. You will support a network of services spanning Ipswich, Logan, the Southern Gold Coast, and Coomera. Your primary focus will be stepping into leadership roles during periods of leave, ensuring high-quality service delivery wherever you go.
With a minimum of 30 guaranteed hours per week, you’ll take on full-time responsibilities as needed, leading teams with professionalism and passion. You’ll play an essential role in supporting services to deliver engaging, child-led programs that inspire creativity and growth.

About You
Experience working with children in group environments.
Qualifications in Childcare, Education, Youth/Community Studies, Allied Health, Sport, Drama , or a related field.
Valid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
Availability for split shifts Monday to Friday.
