Office All rounder for busy Air Conditioning service and repair company on the Northern beaches. We are an Air Conditioning Company specialising in service, repairs and installations. We also have an E-Commerce store thats sells AC systems and pruducts Aus wide. We are seeking an enthusiastic office all rounder to join our team on a full time basis. We would also consider school hours. Office experience preferred. Experience with Service M8, Shopify, Airtable is a bonus, but not essential as training will be provided. Sales experience would be an advantage specifically for our e-commerce store. You will be working alongside the office manager and 2 other office staff. We are after someone with excellent phone skills. Our ideal candidate shows initiative and is always looking for ways to improve the efficiency of the company. Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, online enquiries and Facebook/website leads
Process online orders
Processing orders and entering new stock into the system
Liaise with customers, suppliers and warehouses via phone/email.
Job dispatching using Servicem8
Maintain calendars and schedules
Assistance in writing new policies and procedures
General inventory
General cleaning of office
Data entry of accounts using Xero as required
Reconciling banking using Xero as required
General office filing
Order and maintain office supplies
Requirements
Office experience preferred
