NDIS Plan Manager

WE ARE SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED NDIS PLAN MANAGER TO JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM
We are a nationally accredited NDIS Plan Manager based in Sydney.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Plan Manager to join our small and passionate team.
About the Role:
-This is a full-time Plan Management position.
-Our office is based on the Norther Beaches with flexible working conditions from home/office.
-We will consider remote candidates if they have a high level of NDIS experience as a Plan Manager.
-Salary is negotiable based on previous experience.
Role Description:
-Fielding new online and phone customer enquiries
-Signing up and onboarding new NDIS participants
-Talking to existing clients and providing advice about their plans
-Managing and maintaining client budgets
-Processing claims in a timely manner by using ‘Planability’ Plan Management software
-Working with the NDIA and maintaining NDIS Quality & Safeguards regulations
-General record keeping
The Role would suit you if you:
-care deeply about assisting clients with disability to live rich and fulfilling lives
-have previous Plan Management experience (minimum of 1 year)
-have excellent written and verbal skills
-are detailed orientated and good at prioritising and managing a range of daily tasks
-are knowledgable about the NDIS and working in the disability sector
-work well independently and within a team environment
-are proficient in Plan Management software

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
