Responsibilities:
· Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of mobile phone issues.
· Conducting repairs on a variety of mobile devices including phones, i Pads, and Tablets
· Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.
· Stay up to date with the latest mobile technology trends and advancements.
· Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory.
· Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
· Assist customers with technical queries and educate them on device usage and maintenance.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Mobile Phone Technician in Australia.
· Strong knowledge of mobile phone hardware (quality of LCD’s, digitisers and parts) and software.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Outstanding customer service skills and communication abilities.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Certification in mobile phone repair or a related field is a plus if you have experience of 1 year working in same industry locally.
