The purpose of your role as our Member Consultant will be to ensure member experience is 5 Star. You will be working closely with the Manager to develop and grow the Clubs member-base and revenue within the business.

The purpose of your role as our Member Consultant will be to ensure member experience is 5 Star. You will be working closely with the Manager to develop and grow the Clubs member-base and revenue within the business.
Duties include:

Support new members as they begin their fitness journey, new member
orientations and consults including Evolt Scanning and explaining results - Develop and facilitate regular member interaction initiatives and programs, working closing with club manager, team members and personal training team.
- Achieving monthly KPIs.
- Proactively seeking new membership opportunities.
- Help create a great club culture with a strong focus on member retention through quality customer service.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills. This includes demeanour, telephone manner, verbal communication and appropriately groomed
- Sale and customer experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience and desire to work with a wide range of clients
- General Administration skills
- Energetic, self-motivated and passionate about health and fitness.
