Marketing Specialist

Key Role Responsibilities
· Help the company develop effective marketing strategies and position the business in the market.
· Enhance brand awareness and increase lead generation.
· Design and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns.
· Organize and manage real estate events such as property expos and client appreciation events.
· Work closely with the sales team to assist in converting leads into actual transactions.
· Effectively manage the marketing budget and allocate resources appropriately.
· Create high-quality content for websites, and social media in line with brand objectives.
· Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, sponsorships, events, and KPIs.
Person Capabilities Essential
· Background in marketing, media, or related fields.
· Familiarity with major media platforms such as We Chat, Xiaohongshu, and Tik Tok.
· Excellent marketing planning and execution skills.
· Strong ability to analyze customer needs and develop targeted marketing plans.
· Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with internal teams and external media.
· 3 years of relevant work experience preferred, with a basic understanding of the real estate industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
